My professional journey started as a software developer, creating software applications for a variety of businesses. For many years, I was the only woman in the room, driven by my love of technology and obsession with continuous improvement.   I've led both technical and business teams and enjoy developing leaders to reach their full potential. Men and women alike benefit from working with me as I believe we all bring our uniqueness to work and we all can learn to lead better.

• merger and acquisition integration

• highly regulated industries (insurance, telecom)

• startup/growth to scaled/operating

A lifelong learner, I've earned by B.S. in Technology Management from the University of Maryland (Global Campus), a change management certification from Cornell University and certification as an executive coach from the Center for Executive Coaching.
